^{2. Free Consultation The complimentary consultation is available exclusively to Implant Open Day attendees and includes an initial assessment and discussion of suitability for dental implant treatment. It does not constitute a full clinical examination or diagnosis.}

^{3. Complimentary CBCT Scan A free CBCT scan will be provided where clinically appropriate and at the discretion of the clinician. The scan is for implant assessment purposes only and has no cash alternative.}

Exclusive Open Day Offers Exclusive offers will be available to patients who attend the Implant Open Day. • Offers are only valid for attendees and must be accepted within a specified timeframe communicated on the day. • Offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. • No cash alternative is available.}

^{6. Cancellations & Non-Attendance At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to attend may result in loss of deposit and ineligibility for any Open Day offers.}

^{7. Suitability for Treatment All treatments are subject to clinical suitability. Lavender Dental & Implant Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment where it is not appropriate.}

^{8. Payment Terms Payment options will be discussed at the consultation. Any applicable offers will be applied in accordance with the terms provided on the day.}

^{9. Liability All reasonable care will be taken in providing treatment; however, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits liability for negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.}

^{10. Clinician Availability If a clinician becomes unavailable, the practice will make reasonable efforts to rearrange with a suitable alternative.}
